The Speaker again referred the following bill, which was in the Rules          
Committee, to the Finance Committee:                                           
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 125                                                            
"An Act making appropriations for capital project matching grant              
programs; and providing for an effective date."                                
                                                                               
HB 125 was removed from the Rules Committee and sent to the                    
Finance Committee.
